Is grape soda good for when you don't want to gain any more pounds.. is it better than coke? All I've been drinking is grape soda[Caffeine free] and water.. but been having regular meals..[i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner] .. will I be gaining more pounds by drinking caff. free grape soda?

Unless it is diet grape soda, it is worse than coke. Grape juice is good, but it too has a lot of calories. I would just stick with water and maybe a little coke or grape soda.

Pop all together is bad for a diet if you really want to lose pounds.

Grape Soda might be better than coke, but either way, they both are types of pop.

Advice: Dont drink it, or drink it rarely.

There's no juice in grape soda. Just drink water.

Skip both and drink water. If you want, you can buy the grape flavored water or try other flavors.
