Email eachother and find out. The next time he asks a question, make advances to let him know that you want to talk to him.
However, in all honesty, I highly would not recommend taking these steps. Like chatting, you really don't know what you're getting yourself into. My advice would be to stay within the realm of Yahoo Answers and try to find some joy in that.

First, people here generally use avatars, and some who reveal information about themselves may exaggerate or outright lie. You're better off meeting someone in the real world.
