I think talking alot is better, but not too much. I am very quiet and I am trying to talk more but it is going to take me a while. I don't like being quiet, I think being quiet is worse, because I don't show people who I am. So talking is way better.

Between the two extremes it's better to be quiet.
Talking too much is annoying and when you don't talk much you seem deep.

having a good convo is always good, being to loud and energetic can tire some people out and also make them bored... being quite is good in some situations bt in the middle is always perfect
