degree but i'm scared that they will stop my unemployment benefits once they will find out that i am back to school......will they really stop my benefits if i do go to school???

no, i dont think so, as your unemployment only applies to your past job and present jobs,,,,, many people get retrained (aka schooled) while on unemployment,,,, but if you have questions,, contact the unemployment office and ask

No they won't stop your checks. Your school has to sign a paper every couple of months stating you are in an approved program with satificatory attendance.

I got laid off my last semester of undergrad and that's what I had to do. Still had to attend the orientation and fill out some extra forms.

I called every week as normal and sent in the form the school signed right away.

yes.. u must be ready and willing to work if u get unemployment. u can't do that and go to school. If u are a displaced worker, sometimes u can ...but normally no.

Only if your school interferes with you getting a full time job they will send you questions for you to fill out and send back then, they'll make a decision

Yo donna worry I gettin benefit for years. Just keep getting whitey's preg and the checks role in. Do whatcha want and whach feel goodz. I pullin on a 3 foot sho enough.
