I weigh 178lbs and my body fat percentage is 15.93% , 29lbs of body fat and Lean Body weight is 151. I need to know what I should do. what foods should i stop eating, excersices i should be doing and how much a week. I'm am trying to get to 140 lbs and i am currently 180lbs. Please I need your HELP. I want Abs and one of those V looking bodies that mostly all guys have when there in shape.

i would suggest sit ups and if i were you i would take a hip hop dance class because dancing is some of the best exercise. also try eating alot of salad and eating dinner before 6:00 it helped me over the summer i lost about 40 pounds in maybe 3-4 weeks.

Replace whole milk with fat free milk and white bread products with whole wheat bread products. Try to have a balanced meal of carbs, proteins and veggies. Start walking 2 or 3 times a week for a 1/2 hour to 40 minutes and see what you can do to get a trainer.
