Try looking for a study buddy and make an agreement to study together at certain hours. There are LOTS of people in your position who also need help and you can help each other.

Take several minutes to consider life after the test . . .
Life if you flunk for not studying . . . All the $$ wasted on a class you flunk . . . If it is someone else paying for your school , think about telling them how you flushed their $$ down the commode by blowing off studying .
If this is part of your job / career path , think about having to take the whole class over because you flaked , not because you had cancer or a car accident but because you flaked.
Consider all the negative ramifications of the procrastinating . . . see if that helps.

if you're at uni, study groups. getting together with friends and acrtually going through the work was a lifesaver

if you're still at schoool, you should be able to get by just paying attention in class
