Is it usual for a boy to fancy one of his best friends(girl)?
I am 13 what would be the best way of telling her how i feel?

You are so cute.... Yes that is "usual" ...just tell her that you would like to date a girl like her... that should spark a nice innocent conversation... then you can see if she likes you too

Not unusual at all. The best way to tell her how you feel is to sit down somewhere with her, alone, and tell her that you arent trying to be too forward and let her know she isnt obligated to feel the same and then tell her how you feel. Just tell her the truth, always the best way to go.

all relationships start out as friends so no its not unusal now teeling her you like her well do just that tell her and talk to her and express how you feel about her and that you think you want to be more than friends
