*sigh* busy days and not enough hours in a day before tiredness sets in.

"All we can really do is go by what the witness says."
"What about the fact that there was no blood or pepper spray on him? Well, there wouldn't necessarily be blood on him, and canine pepper spray isn't as strong as human pepper spray. No one said anything about canine pepper spray." and eyes roll...
"Bite pattern? Stool tests for hair and blood? Well, yes, in a perfect world we could have done those things, but it's not a perfect world."

We were railroaded, it was all but a lynch mob. Thanks for the support, I got an email from Kat with your advice, and I'll be sending that over to my friend in the next day or so.

You know, you live your life thinking that if you tell the truth and stand up for what you believe in and do the right thing, that justice will prevail, karma will do it's wonderful thing of keeping life on the right track. I certainly hope this isn't a sign of what this year will hold for me, otherwise, I'm in for a bunch of crap.

I'm just wondering how long it's gonna be before there's another pit bull attack in the neighborhood. I know the dog that did it is still around, and if it's still around, it'll do it again. The witness who was supposed to be at the hearing who told us when we took photos over "f*** no, that's not the dog that did it." had a doctor's appointment, and our animal control officer was bitten by a pit that had been unleashed on a pup like two days before the hearing, so she wasn't there either. The victim wouldn't even look at us, the police officer who supposedly chased the dog had a nice bit of hesitation when asked if he was sure that this was the dog he had chased... he wasn't on scene until 20 minutes AFTER the attack, none of the witnesses that we talked to even SAW a police officer....

If I don't stop now, I'll make myself mad.

i imagine it extremely relies upon on if it change into intentional or not. I examine a narrative once about a school baby down right here bypass change into accused of rape and sentenced to existence. He died in penitentiary from a ailment or somethin, and it wasn't till *AFTERWARDS* that they ran a DNA try and placed he change into threat free, inspite of the indisputable fact that the girl truthfully idea it change into him, so she issued the relatives an apology. this is tousled, yet there is not a lot you may extremely do. This on the different hand is an complete 'nother challenge seein how she went round confessing it... so yeah, she needs to be punished. i might want to assert she needs to serve 4 years besides. She might want to have were given away with it the first time, yet when i change into the guy i might want to *advance HELL* to verify she would not slip by a 2d time. fairly on me.

I just called her on the phone and nothing good came of it. They labeled him "dangerous". She doesn't have the money to fight it. It was a kangaroo court.

She said she'll get on-line later and update everyone.
