Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris . http://www.ensba.fr
There other art schools all over France but this is the most reknowned. I lived in France fro 12 years and my local one was very good : Ecole des Beaux Arts in Bourges . Put ecole des Beaux Arts and the town you fancy in google and if the town has an art school it will appear.
