Yes you can loose 22 pounds in 2 months. quite easily in fact. and no you don't need to cut yourself down to 700cal diet to do it. what you need to do is hit the gym like you plan to and drink plenty of water. cut sodium down to nill and use suppluments if possible. multi vitamins are good. take one after having breakfast. you MUST eat before using supplements to get the full effect of them. reducing caloric intake is helpful but more important is what you eat. if you are eating high fat, low fiber foods then you are not going to loose much wieght. avoid sugar and try low fat meats, high protien helps. don't go overboard since you still will need carns in your diet to help you safely maintain energy levels when excersising. its important to get into a sustainalble pattern that way when you resume normal habits you will not gain it back. for instance eating more calories while still going to the gym will level off your wieght without gaining it back. or cutting out the gym but still eating healthy and taking the supplements will also help level of the wieght.

you will no longer lose that lots that speedy -- which may be too speedy, besides. seven-hundred energy is somewhat skimpy, and you are going to be at risk of ailment in case you preserve that low a point for long. Your internet intake in all probability runs around 1600 energy consistent with day (reckoning on exercising), so which you may lose only decrease than 2 pounds each and every week on your recent weight loss application. yet you're no longer lots obese that which would be a issue -- 122 pounds for somebody your length isn't obese.

Yes U can do it. Drink a lot of water to keep the full feeling. Once your stomach shrinks it will not take as much to fill U up. Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck & I hope this helps.

so you wish to be 5'3, 108 lbs??

The key to losing weight and keeping it off is NOT watching your calories but eating right.. Cut out fried foods, dont eat out, stick to veggies for snacks, drink water ONLY, cut out bread and potatoes.. If possible eat grilled chicken, steamed veggies and rice.. for lunch and dinner everyday..
for breakfast stick to 1 egg and 1 slice of bread plus a glass of water or treat urself to a glass of milk

Do lots of cardio as going to the gym and doing 3 hours of workouts wont make you lose fat, rather it will build your muscle mass underneath the fat and we all know that muscle is heavier then fat. Cardio is what burns the fat off your body.
