I'm 13 and like this guy who is 17 my mom said I shouldn't because she is afraid something esle could happen but still Should I ask him out?

Maybe you should look for someone who is closer to your age! Not because you are too young, but as people get older they expect more from a relationship, and that may not be the direction you want to head. Just stick to people more your age!

Before asking him out you should try to know him better.
Try to be his friend and so you will know if you really like him.
Since you are so young you don´t have much experience so see if he is a good guy. If he is not, your mother´s fears will be right. If he is not "the one", you will have plenty of other opportunities.

look he is way to old for you and your mom is right you never now what could happen so try for a guy your age plus a 17 would proply say no!

If you are SURE he is a good person,and you are ready to have sex with him-then ask him(maybe he does not want sex,but most probably yes).I am 18 and I would be glad to hang out with younger girls but i would not have sex with them.

i could see if was like 15 or16 but u is just 13.... if him want to do something that u do not want to do what u going to say than... u could talk to him like a friend but no more than that

yes, ask him out if you feel right with him, BUT>>> keep your distance, play it slow and see if he really wants to stay with you. make sure u know what ur doing b4 u go out with him and all that.

dude no, you are way too young. i am 16 and my boyfriend is almost 18, one year apart in high school, and its sometimes noticeable too. wait till you find someone your age.
