I'm really good with a curling iron, but I don't know what I should do to it before hand (my hair is naturally frizzy/wavy). Should I take a shower that morning or the night before, should I straighten it. I just don't know. All your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

If your hair is frizzy and wavy i would recommend using a pressing grease and a flat iron first to get the hair straight and then use the curlers. When your done curling the hair work a little foam hair setting lotion through the curls or like a Little mousse depending on hair texture to keep the curls in place and tame frizz.Glad to help.

You shouldn't take a shower and then curl your hair because your hair is wet and you can burn your hair with the heat of the curling iron. But sometimes my hair can be really frizzy when i want to curl my hair so i use anti-frizz by herbal essence. its in a tall orange bottle . you can find it at target ,walmart , wallgreens all the stores that sell hair care products.

Wash your hair and dry it anyway you want. Make sure you use a super creamy conditioner when you condition you hair. Then after your hair is dry brush it, and make sure it is snarle-free. After that you sould rub in some cream rinse or heat seal, or even styling lotion. Make sure your hair feels moisterized before continuing. After that you can proceed to curling your hair. Then, after that you can put some hairspray in to keep the curls in! Hope this helps you!!! Good luck

First off, condition, condition, condition. Then use a product like Pantenes serum for curly hair to protect your hair. When it's dry, use a spray that protects against the heat that you spray on each section before you curl it.

I make sure it's completely dry and then I moisturize it before using a curling iron.

i would straighten it before but make sure that you spray a heat protectant on your hair before so it doesnt get too damaged. you could also put some anti frizzy serum in it to help that.
