On some chocolate rolls I`ve got. It says 3.8g fats , of which 1.8g is saturated. What does that mean, whats the difference ? Am I eating 3.8g or 1.8g of fat ?

Your eating 3.8g of fat, the 1.8g is bad fat.

sat fats are bad, dont eat much stuff with lots of sat fats in, they "hang around" your body!!

3.8 However it is also telling you the amount of the nastiest fats heathwise.
