The limitation in time of the miracles performed by the earlier Prophets was an indication of the impermanence of their religions and the laws that they brought. By contrast, the miracle attesting to the prophethood for the Prophet of Islam cannot be temporally limited, because his message is universal and represents the culmination of all preceding religions; his prophethood requires an eternal miracle, a brilliant and eloquent proof of its immortality embedded with the ongoing scientific discoveries.
A permanent message must display to mankind a permanent and everlasting miracle, one which advances with time, so that just as it offered convincing proof to people of the past, it may do the same to people of the future. A short-lived miracle that is imperceptible to later generations cannot be a source of reference or judgment for the future.
For this reason, the Quran is presented as a permanent and everlasting miracle, the final manifestation of God's revelation. The Quran itself says: "The true and well-formulated message of your Lord has now been completed, and none is able to change it." (6:115)
For Muslims, the miraculousness of the Quran is not only a matter of religious belief, but for scholars and researchers it is a matter of scientific belief. The Quran possesses a remarkable comprehensiveness and richness, with respect to its world view and scientific content, and its ability to guide not only the individual and society in spiritual aspect, but also in the realms of natural environment and mysteries of life. There are still many matters contained in the Quran that call for investigation and await discovery by further research.

Sigh. The Quran is not a miracle, okay? And a youtube video is not going to convince anyone that it is. The people who already believe that will enjoy the video, but everyone else, especially educated people, will recognize the logical fallacies therein. Here's why it's not a miracle: Mohamed was illiterate, but he could talk and recited the Quran, so it's not a miracle that it was written down just because he couldn't write. There are errors in the Quran. It doesn't translate well. It contradicts itself. A miracle does not need to authenticate itself, and the Quran attempts to do so numerous times. The Quran VERY obviously borrows from the Old Testament, New Testament and apocryphal works, but still manages to get most of the stories wrong. Enjoy your video. ____________ GATITA: Beautifully said. Well done. Scripturally and theologically sound.

The Quran was written by a committee commissioned by the 3rd Caliph Uthman so he could retain power.
Also original Qurans were destroyed by Uthman with the exception (allegedly) of the original one owned by Muhammad's wife Umar. This original version (approved by Muhammad) was hidden until World War I when British troops found it in a mosque in Turkey.
The British allegedly offered to give it to the Saudis for oil concessions and their promise to make it public.
Since disclosure of the original Umar Quran would show the falsehoods injected by Uthman, the Saudis (who benefit greatly from the Uthman version) refused both conditions set forth by the Brits.
Or so I have been told.

The Quran needs to do one more miracle at this time; it needs to convince Islamic fanatics who use the Quran to kill each other in the name of Allah that they are wrong. This will be greater than any scientific or spiritual miracle.

I believe the words of the Koran are ultimately in agreament with the HOLY words of God. The bible has Just as much holiness too. You should read the Book of Mormon.
But Nothing can BIND the words of God, no matter how holy the prophets, no matter how Miraculous the acts of apostles or even the prophet mohammed.

Why would you not look at the Quran objectively:
The Bible says that Satan is the god of this world.
- Did Satan have a chance to know heaven brfore he was kicked out for rebelliousness.
- Did Satan have a chance to read the Old Testament - as well as what preceded in the lives of Abraham and other prophets.
- Does Satan not know that sexual rewards ( even false) can attract sexcrazies of this earth.
- Would not Satan want to discredit the true Son of God. After all the Bible said when the Gospel is preached through all the earth
the end will come and Satan bound and thrown in the lake of fire.
- Will not Satan whose lifespan depends on stopping the Gospel
create a myriad of false religions, and even false doctrines in vunerable Churches, and Atheism (such as Communism) using prideful ungodly people in History.
- Will not Muhammad, Buddha, Mao Ze Tung, Joseph Smith all be of Satan.
You can see how Allah(Satan) used all the knowledge he gained throughout history to twist the truth to allow himself to live forever.
But the true God said his end will come - and also his prideful followers.

You make more benign and pointless "questions" on here than anyone else.
The only people who are gonna listen are other Muslims, so please do me a favor, and shut the hell up.
