i just ordered from united kingdom and it said 23 but it was in there dollars, i'm just wondering how much american money i spent?

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but...
23 GBP (Great Britian Pounds) transfers into about $44 USD.
and 23 USD converts into about 12 GBP.

Well from the current exchange rate Euro to USD = 23*1.3006 = 29. So in american money you just spend 29 bucks...

well if you have a cell phone there is a currency exchange in most of them look at it on there.
