You seem very, very thin to begin with. I cant imagine losing more?
But this seriously works: Low carb, Low Fat, diet. That means plenty of lean proteins, such as chicken and fish and lean beef and pork. You can eat practically all the lean protein you want just keep it low fat and low carb.
Your body will go into ketosis and start sheeding extra fat (if you have any lol) quickly. Do it a few days and see for yourself!
Sample breakfast: 2 eggs and a 4oz portion of ham
Lunch: grilled chicken over lettuce with a little ceasor dressing.
Dinner: 6oz Fish and lots of veggies.
Do not eat fruit, sugar or exces fat while on this diet. Drink water and take a multi vitamin!
It works, try it!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

honey, if you're 5'10" and 125 lbs. you need to gain 10 pounds fast. eat a bunch a yummy food and sit around like a bump on a log.

WHAT!!! Umm if you are really 5'10 and 125 I dont think you need to lose any weight at all. Your probably great looking already....dont go too thin.

well have u tried exercising and eating right? the quickest way of losing weight is taking diet pills but those things can be dangerous so be careful

go to the gnc heath store or and other store and look for a red diet pill called cuts that help me lose weight fast. a first.
