The words at the bottom of the film screen is called Subtitles.
Try to search for the film with English or Persian subtitles. That way, you will at least understand what the film is all about.

Actually , many actors have accents that make them hard to understand .
Sometimes we use the closed captions feature (where the words print across the bottom) so we can understand better.
Does your set have the option to use close captions ?
