I want to be able to listen to the fire dispatch online but i cant seem to find a site

you can buy a scanner,it will pick up both police and fire and i might add even a few phone calls,you can get this gadget at any radio shack.

Some depts are online. The one you are inquiring about appears to not be broadcasted online. You will have to buy a scanner as stated by others and check the website I have added for the frequencies you want.
