Dalmatians have an acute sense of hearing frequencies that your normal dog doesn't. If the dog is suddenly out of sync with your house then investigate what is new in or around the building. There has to something that is making a noise that hurts her. A new monitor of some sort? New machinery in the shop? Something electric or electronic has been recently purchased?
Can't say that is the problem for sure, but my experience with our Dalmatian was somewhat the same and we tracked it down to a new control box at the corner of the street for the traffic lights. It was emitting a high and painful scream to the dog and we didn't even hear a whisper.
So take a look around that could be the problem.

lets see
is it a girl? then maybe its pregnant!
if its not a girl then maybe theres something
deadly in the houes...but that usually makes them
come back in(gases...you know?) becasue they
want to save you
plus if its been a week you mostly would of
be dead
as said above ...it may be something outside...a mate....
something new such as a flower bed...maybe you
put the flower bed over a hiddin toy.... or maybe the dog found something to protect..an injured bird.....puppy...you never know
most dogs dont do that but some do... just go outside and
take a look around...be sure the dogs out there with you
maybe do let the dog know your there so it doesnt interfeer
with what they were going to do( such as
find the hiddin injured dog...)
hope ive helped

I think Vercetti has a good point. My dog gets frantic when we get the vacuum cleaner out. And if we leave it out, she tries to go outside to get away from it. Christmas left her a bit traumatized. Too much going on. She wanted to be away from it all. Perhaps something similar is going on at your house.

Anyway, a call, or visit, to her vet might be in order if it isn't a change in the way things are being kept in the house.

It sound like something drastic has changed for your dog. Either she is ill (dogs don't show it like humans do, obviously, and often change their behavior instead), or something traumatized her inside. Have you changed the furniture recently? My husky started freaking out when walking through this one hallway, since, for once, it's NOT cluttered with boxes, exercise bike and piles of stuff! He acts frightened and I have to coax him through it! Dogs don't like change.

Or...maybe your dog is bored and needs exercise! Try a brisk walk, then calmly lead her back in the house. (Try watching "the Dog Whisperer" on techniques for this...they work!). If none of that works, I'd take her to the vet.
