with a licensed driver 25 and older, u can drive. until u pass the driving test in the car, u dont technically have a license, and u are illegal to drive solo. even when u do get ur license, for the first 6 months to a year (depending on state), u cant have anyone else in the car unless they are 21 or over. that means, u cant shuttle ur friends around until u are 17 at the very least.

Not by yourself. You need a licensed driver in the seat next to you. In most jurisdictions that driver must be 21 or over and have held a full license for the type of vehicle you are driving for at least 1 year.

That would have been a test question on your test. Go back and read the driver's manual; the answers are all there.

Usually you can, but you have to have someone with you that has a license. Here is a website where you can choose the state you live, and find out more in your state. http://www.dmv.org/drivers-license.php
