I'm not a shy person, so when I felt the time was right, I would talk to him personally. Its good to be friends in the beginning, so you can even see if he feels the same. But I would probably end up telling him how I felt. Better late than never!

Maybe if you know that he likes you..kinda hang out withim more or talk to him and flirt a little...but make it obvious but no so obvious..u know what i mean?....u dont wanna make an @$$ of yourself just incase his feelings arent the same

i am out fashioned when it comes to things like that and don't think a girl should ask a guy out. however you can make he know that you like him so its easy 4 him to ask you out by generally flirting, holding his gaze longer than necessary but not to long and also smiling warmly at him. good luck
