Yes, I believe that it is God."You reap what you sow." God knows all and sees all.

The Bible says, "What ye sew, so shall ye also reap." That is a restating of "What goes around, comes around." Yes, it's God, but God also created the Spiritual Law of Cause and Effect, which some call Karma.
The Spiritual Law of Cause and Effect is like the physical law of gravity: You don't have to believe in gravity for it to work! Same goes for spiritual laws as well. You don't have to believe in them for them to work.
I hope this answers your question.

Many religions have something written that basically says:
"as you sow, so shall you reap"
"what goes around comes around"
" Treat others as you would like to be treated
My favorite is " Whatever you do positive or negative comes back to you three fold."
I'd like to think of it as natures' law or as Karma.
Basically whatever you believe it's the way that everything evens out in the end. Not to say that I believe that the ends justify the means just that everything does seem to even out.
Bye!

It is both, Karma is a description of a universal law, in other words "as you sow, so shall you reap", and yes, I fully believe that is the truth, no matter what you want to call it.
It is not God's "retribution", we do it to ourselves, don't blame Him for our screw ups.

I do, but I think it's a law of the universe that just is. I'm not saying a God couldn't have set that in place, but I see it as a law because it applies to everyone.

i think karma explains Gods judgments and justice, well? in part.
If reincarnation is true, than people come back because of punishment and hope for a better life and keep hoping for a better resurrection.
AT least reincarnation is better than going straight to hell.
However i know it is also written that God is not slack concerning his promises, and this implies his justice as well.

i think if you hurt people enough you will eventually be hurt cuz one day someone like you will show up and do the same crap to you that you did to other people and then wow if you are smart you notice and stop acting like that i dont think karma or god has anything to do with it.

I believe it more than I believe anything to be true, Unfortunately I've seen the coming around part and trust me it slapped me into reality so fast my head went spinning. I'm glad it happened though it "opened my eyes" to a lot of things.
