Okay, so my boyfriend lives right across the street from me and he has a sister who I always hang out with. Keep in mind I am only 13. Anyway, everytime I go over to their house, he doesn't talk to me at all. But when his sister leaves, he will kiss me and then not talk to me. What's up with that?

You need to have a heart to heart private talk to him to discuss how the two of you really feel for each other. Thirteen is a young age to be involved in a serious relationship, he may be extremely shy or feeling that perhaps being in a relationship with you right now is not the best thing.

Is he the same age? If he is, he may just be a little embarrassed to show his affection in front of his siblings. He will grow out of it just be patient with him and try to help him deal with it.
