I'd normally say cold or lukewarm, but I had an excellent pasta chopped salad once at a restaurant that was very warm (meant to be that way). It was so good! I wish I could get that recipe!

Definitely cold. Italian salad dressing makes excellent pasta salad! Throw in some chopped pepperoni, cubed provolone and red bell peppers for a colorful tasty dish! And don't forget the garlic powder!

Pasta salad is better cold in my opinion because it gives all the ingredients time to let out all there flavors and to me it tastes better that way.

At the moment, it depends where you live. In the cold months, a little warm is good to warm your insides. In the hot summer time, defintley cold.

Definitely cold..if you make it liek i do you don't want the mayo to get warm because hen it doesn't taste very good. Of course room temp. isn't bad but to me cold is better.
