Yes, 100 is average, so anything more than that is considered high. Age isn't supposed to matter, although the methods of testing aren't perfect and thus sometimes don't properly account for age, English-speaking abilities, etc.

An IQ of 121 would be considered slightly above average for a person of any age. The formula for calculating a person's score is Mental Age or MA divided by Chronological Age or CA times 100. Your chronological age is your actual physical age, your mental age is the level at which your mind appears to be functioning. The questions you answer on the test are designed for a specific age, so a 10 year old taking the test doesn't answer the same questions as a 22 year old. The average score is 100... if your chronological age is the same as your mental age you end up with a 1 times 100... equals 100. The range for a "normal" IQ is from about 90-110, so you'd be slightly above average. You have to be careful though, because an IQ score isn't always a direct reflection of a person's intelligence. Things such as your native language, culture, education, etc. can affect your score. That's why these tests are designed towards very specific individuals. Not everybody answers the same kinds of questions, it all depends on your background.

It really depends on the IQ test that you took. Some consider a genius to be an IQ of 140 and some 160. Which could put you in the above average or inside the average. But in either case an IQ test doesnt really determine how "smart" you are....just how well you can answer questions.

Your IQ score is not supposed to differ withy age. The tests are different for different ages but the outcome is the same. A 121 at age 6 is going to be around a 121 (give or take a few points) at age 86.

No, 16 yr old girls should be averaging IQ s of 160-185, so study harder stupid! LOL, just kidding:) 121 is well above the average for teens 14-17 yrs old, and I commend you for your intelligence level for it seems that it is a rarity these days given that most public education facilities are failing to provide students with proper educations...
