Hi everyone! I'm turning 20 this year. I want to be 5'4". My dad is 5'8" and my mom is 5'2.5". I'm the eldest and I'm like the shortest. I'm only 5'1.5" and I'm 137 lbs so that makes me overweight. Will I be able to reach my goal(5'4") if I lose like 40 lbs and do Pilates?

Please help, I need all the help I could possibly get. Just no operations. I've seen it on National Geographic and it's too desperate.

Hm usually you stop growing after a certain age. I'm not sure what the age is but I think its around 18 years old.

40 pounds is alot to loose, I don't think you need to loose so much maybe 10-15 lbs. Walk everyday 30min-1hour. Drink lots of water and eat veggies, fruits, and wheat everything. Stay away from cakes, cookies, cokes, and all the sugary/salty stuff.

You can do it!

Learn to accept your height because there is nothing else to help make you grow. Your genetic inheritance is what determines your height.
