I remember reading this once. The oldest dog that ever lived turned out to be 25 years of age (that would be about 175 dog years).

I also heard awile back that another dog recently lived to be 30, but many claim that that's just a myth.

i know someone who had a dog live till 14 dog years so that is old.

There are a ton of factors that contribute to life span in pets but I personally believe that with proper nutrition, diet and exercise our pets can life longer than the 'average' list people create.
