I have heard about people who take oaths and certain similar things for not having sex.... does this effect their normal living and their health..... Please don't get anoyed wit my quetion and be frank

You don't have to have sex in your life if you choose not to.Sex is like any other addiction.Say you want to quit smoking when you first decide to quit you will have allot of trouble for awhile.Chances are you will have set backs and with drawl from such a choice.It can be done,sex is something that you will want but something that you don't have to have.Usually a person can deal with lack of sex by having an active life style that will keep them busy and their mind focused.Actually its easier than most people would think.Hope this helps.

Unless it is a physical problem or an life altering choice sex is essential for a more complete life. I don't know about good though. As animals its in our nature to be sexual. As aware animals its in our nature to sensual as well as sexual.

OK they think that if they stop having sex they can focus on other things. They may think they need to because sex is getting in they way of things they really need to focus on. Sometimes it doesn't help because when they stop having sex all they can think about is sex. Anything sexual they focus on. ANd then they cant focus.

no.my hubby and i are very happy together /2 great kids but the sext stopped 2 yrs ago. we did it the odd time durning the last 2 yrs . we are more like best friends.hes not cheating on me and im not cheating on him in case your wondering. sex isnt the end all and be all in a relationship.

there is no big difference. ...and i am frank..we live just LIKE you guys... but just don't have s e x... I don't think it is essential.....there are people who can do it and ARE doing it

Sex is essential to my life...It makes me happier and gives into my needs....I couldn't imagine not having it all my life.
