"Your Guardian Angel" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus?

Me and my friend, a guy who I talk to all the time over email and never get to see, call the song "Your Guardian Angel" 'our song.'
Is that sweet, or just weird?
We've never met, but he uses his webcam when we talk, so I know he's as old as he says he is. He's so sweet, and we always flirt, but is it okay to have a song that keeps you together, when you don't even personally know each other?
