I just can`t stop eating chocolate, I was used to smoke, now I don`t but I can`t leave the chocolate!!!!
what do you think about that, what can I do???

If you aren't gaining too much weight, enjoy it!! Otherwise, replace the chocolate with sugar free gum!!

Well it is rather greedy and before long you will start to suffer the consequences. Digestive problems, constipation, great rolls of disgusting looking fat, headaches,dangerously high sugar levels to name a few. Greed is looked upon as a weakness. It is a bit pathetic when you think about it. Chocolate rules your life. You should read up on the dangers of too much chocolate. You have an addiction just as a drug user or alcoholic has an addiction.

I am the original CHOCOHOLIC!! I used to drink chocolate milk with chocolate cookies, chocolate cake and eat chocolate powder with my chocolate milk!! I had to get rid of all the chocolate in my house. That was the only way I could deal with my problem. It has been years before I ate chocolate again. Now, I can eat chocolate in moderation without making my self sick. Ann t.

well I wud love to give you an aswer but I am probably not going to be much help I have the same problem coz since I stopped smoking I eat loads of chocolate too try to eat other things like fruit or try to eat bigger meals at meal times then u shudnt have space left for chocolate lol hope this helps

Actually Dark chocolate is good for you and your heart. Consider eating 1 piece a day for the rest of your life.
Happy to know you quit smoking, that causes all kinds of health problems. Just dont eat alot of chocolate, it will tend to cause you to gain some pounds and inches.

Its great -- but will make you chunky.

Addictions do transfer btw - I had the smoking problem, now I like a bit of food, drink, choc, just like the next man (or woman).

If you want to give up then its just the same as before I'm afraid - find something to take your mind off the choc.

Oh and defo stop buying it! If its in the cupboard it will get eaten!

Don`t stop eating chocolate, it is not so bad for you... But don`t eat too much of it. I love chocolate too, but I am not a total addict. Eat other things, other sweets, fruits, vegetables....

Don't go back to smoking..

Think of the chocolate as poo, or imagine a cat eating half a mouse and leaving half of it on the ground

Chocolate is good for you! Go ahead and eat it, but try to buy the good stuff that doesnt have alot of fillers. Then , eat it in moderation, a couple of pieces a day.

I think its better to eat chocolate than smoke. Chocolate (rich, dark chocolate) is proven to have antioxidants!
