Now with your health insurance, go see your Dr. Schedule an appt, and tell them all your history. They can reccommand a "Head" Dr for you and if you all work together you can get all your meds under control.
I am going through all that right now. Recently found out that I am bipolar, and I've been having a tough time finding the right med and doseage to help me. I have to keep going back, keep giving blood, keep getting all sorts of test done! That's what you have to do. They won't just give you a med and send you on your way. There will be many follow up visits, and you may even need to switch the meds. I have been through 4 different ones. Not even sure if I am taking the right one yet. I take depakote for Biploar and Xanax for panic. I still go back all the time to take tests.
It's a long process, but it's worth it in the long run. You'll have proper Dr's and proper care, and hopefully, better sooner than later, you'll have a med (or more) and a good Dr that can help you through all of this.
Good luck and I wish you all the best!

Hi there

You need to get to the root of your anxiety. Something you could really benefit from is hypnotherapy to know where these panic attacks stem from. Also, you should give acupuncture a go. This will help relax the body.
