Will my sight get more worse, if I don't wear my glasses all the time?

And is there anything I can do to get a better eyesight, except laser treatment?

actually I remember being taught a few years ago that wearing glasses only helps symptoms, there is no data to prove benifit or damage from wearing glasses or using lenses. Yes Lasek surgery or similar approaches could help you especially if your number is less than 5, good luck
