Push ups
*Do three sets of any number which you can manage
*Once you can knock out three sets of 40 push ups, then add two sets of slow-motion push ups.

Dips
*Parallel bars are the best, but chair dips are cool, too.
*Do three sets of eight dips.
*Once this becomes easy, do two more sets of slow-motion dips.

V-ups
*Work your way up to three sets of 20.
*Once you can do the three sets, add two more sets in.., yeah.. slow-motion.
*Do three sets EACH for your abs/obliques

Eat fresh, wholesome food, stay away from supplements, get in some aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, rope skipping, bicycling, you get the idea), and you'll be impressed with the results.

Good luck, I hope this helps.

You can't really devolope good pectorals with an ab machine, try clap pushup's,hindu pushups(look them up),and it would be cheap and effective if you got dumbbell's or a barbell and bench pressed either,as in my opnion this is the most effective chest exersice, and done dumbbell flys(just basically flapping your arms slowly with dumbells in hands)
