60 degree wedge
you play a lot, so you know most of your shots are near the green. high loft wedge will be of more use to you than, say, a utility club like a 7-wood.

I recently added a 17* hybrid. THE easiest club in the world to hit! Off the tee, fairway, or rough, much easier than fairway woods. Also, with a handicap under 10, you really need to have a 60* wedge in your bag. Higher handicap golfers seem to have a tough time with a wedge that lofted. Between the 2 clubs I mentioned, I'd probably go with the wedge just because a good short game is so crucial. But I'm telling you, those hybrid's are legit! I used to carry Driver, 15* 3-wood, 3-pw, 53*, 56*, 60* wedge, putter. Now I took the 3-wood out for the Utility. Absolutely no regrets!
By the way, I'm a 5-ish handicap that hits the ball a long way, with a solid short game. Hope this helps.

It depends on where your biggest gap or problem area is.
If you have a big gap between your 5 wood and your 3 iron (probably not since you are a single digit, but single digits don't all necessarily hit their 3 irons 210yds), you might want to add a 7 wood or a 2 iron.
But more than likely a lob wedge is the best choice, because you probably hit a sand wedge somewhere between 100 and 115 yards, meaning at less than 100 yards (or whatever your full SW is), you are trying to finesse a sand wedge in. You'll probably be able to hit a full 60 degree wedge somewhere between 85-100 yards, allowing you more distances where you can take a full swing with a wedge, rather than a 3/4 swing. It also gives you more options around the green and out of bunkers, plus it gives you the full swing flop shot.
Also consider how many shots each potential club will help you per round. If you play a monster course where a club that will go 215-225 yards like a 2 iron or 7wood would help more than 2-3 times a round, then maybe lean in that direction, but in general you will find that you will use a 3rd wedge as many as 8-10 times a round depending on the course.
You'll probably wonder how you ever played without a 60 deg wedge.

I agree with Thomas J....you need a 60 degree lob. Also, as you go along, you might want to pull your 17 degree wood and replace it with a gap wedge (52 or 53 degree).

A Sand Wedge , unless you never hit it in the bunker. It can double as your lob, but a lob wedge is not a sand wedge
