hi ppl i would like to know how to make cool ranch doritos because we have this class project on how to make chips. thnx everybody!!!

To make homemade Cool Ranch Doritos, I'd buy a package of corn tortillas and cut them into 8 wedges each with a pizza cutter. Then I'd lightly brush them with vegetable oil and sprinkle them with a package of that powdered Ranch salad dressing mix. Arrange them in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake them at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
I make cinnamon and suger chips this way (with cinnamon, not Ranch flavoring! and they always turn out well. Just don't put too much oil on them!)
