Have you tried Season all salt? it replaces regular salt and less salty. It has a great blend of spices. You can find it in any local grocery store. You can also try lemon Pepper spice. it gives it a great taste of lemon (not strong though). I put a layer of cheese on top of the fries, melt the cheese on them and then put a little ketchup on top. It is fantastic!! I hope this helps.

A product called Spike, it's a mixture of herbs and spices and salt, can get at health food stores.
You can make your own blend of herbs and spices, just think about the flavors that you like and combine those herbs and spices with some salt and pepper.

Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. My son loves this stuff on almost everything, but especially fries.

I like salt, pepper and ketchup. If you are making them yourself, I always sprinkle a little Tony Chacherie (SP?) creole seasoning on them when they come out of the grease.
