my husband and i fund large clumps of grass outside our back door leading down the stairs. we were weirded out by this. there is grass no where else and we have had some crazy happenings in the house recently such as lights not working, and then suddenly they do, and door knobs jiggling.

Sorry, hon, but I doubt it's paranormal.
When you say there is only grass in this one spot, could you elaborate? If there is cement around your house, grass likes to poke through. If there is dirt, there might be something in the soil.
If lights are not working, have you tried an electrician?
The door knobs could have been your imagination. If not, then I have no explanation for that which is not paranormal. Psychokinesis or ghosts would be my first guesses in the metaphysical category. Cleanse the house energetically and see if that makes a difference.

most likely everything is just in your head. the light could have been that the voltage was low. the grass could have been some stupid kids messing around and the door knobs , there could have been large trucks driving by and it caused it to shake . if you don't think that it was any of these thing then probably you have familiar spirits . don't go running to voodoo people or fortune tellers . Go to a pastor and ask him to pray for you , your home, and ask that pastor to counsel you as to what else you should do

If you feel your house is haunted or demonized call a priest and they can perform exorcism... it works
