what is the name of the starbucks drink that doesn't have cofee, is a cold drink, is a mix of like chocolate and ice, has chocolate chips, and has whipped cream on top? I can't think of it.

Double Chocolate Chip Creme Frappacino. I like to add some Vanilla Bean powder, tasts like an Oreo cookie!

Starbucks has a "Blended Vanilla Bean" cold drink. The Vanilla Beans look like chocolate chips, but the drink is Vanilla, maybe this is the one you are talking about.

I had a dolce cinnamon latte this morning. I swear they have crack in them. It's the third one I've had this week. They even have them in sugar free with skim milk no whip. One of the three I had was made that way..
