Well, she might be nuts, but you do like her. She may feel more comfortable expressing her frusterations through online/phone. You can use this opportunity to resolve your issues (without doing the face-to-face yelling contest which so many couples are afflicted with!).

Well honestly I would bring this up to her the next time your hanging out in person. Ask her why she seems to be mad at you on the phone or online.
If she says she isn't mad at you and she likes you, see what happens the next time your on the phone with her. She could just be pre-occupied with something else, or in the middle of something.
On the other hand, if it's like this all the time, I would start to wonder what was going on. Give her another chance after you bring the issue up, if it doesn't change, I would move on.

how the hell does someone like u online or on the phone but not in person? that doesnt make sense.

shes prob playing hard to get...no matter what happens dont get mad. She might be testing your temper.... besides getting mad and angry does not solve anything.
