For the past 3 years I have only worked at my home-based busienss and filed using the 1040 +C + SE forms.
This year I started to have a "regular full-time job" adding to my income...So how would integrate this all into filing my taxes since I still made money at home---only making around $4000 from home?

Would I still use the 1040 and stimply attach my W-2 and also fill out the C and SE?

Exactly right my friend. Don't forget that you can also claim a percentage of your house bills due to the fact that you have a home based business.

Yes, you'd file your business the way you have been doing, but would show your W-2 income on your 1040 where it would than be added to your net from your business to get your total income. Any withholding from your job will also be shown on your 1040 near where any quarterly payments are shown, as taxes paid.

You'll attach your W-2 to the front of your 1040.
