i like the ab lounge better, i feel i'm doing more of the work myself and i see better results. the ab doer just seems like a waste. you could sit in a chair yourself and just lean to both sides. i have a lounge and i like it because my lower back hurts when i try to do crunches on the floor. its like my bone is pressing into the floor. also i feel the lounge is more targeted at my muscles.

in terms of reducing the contents of your purse and/or wallet they are both comparable.

you can get the same results for free doing crunches. with out a proper diet there is no type of exercise that when used alone will cause a reduction in weight/body fat, especially not localized to a specific area of the body. fat loss does not work like that
