Pay millions of dollars for a personal hair dresser that went to school to learn how to do hair like that. Pretty sure it's gonna take about 3 cans of hairspray and won't feel nearly as soft as it looks.

I understand your need for straight hair, because my daughter has found a way without hair straightener to do it.She uses a ceramic straight iron and it has to be ceramic, the other one didn't work as good as the ceramic one did.Along with the iron she also uses a frizz-ease ,like a sleek gel. Works like a charm for my ringlet red-head for two years now. She also tried that straightener and it almost ruined her hair, but I came to the rescues, you know. She would have had a bad chemical burn on her scalp, but I knew what to do, thank GOD for that one. Be careful in your choices and good luck in your ventures!!!

You could try going to a salon to see if they could give you the look you are looking for and ask if it's too difficult to accomplish this look at home.
