How did you pay for it? Did you use a credit card? If so, contact the card issuer and have the transaction reversed for non-delivery of goods.

If you wired the funds via Western Union you have no recourse if the money has already been collected on the other end. Contact Western Union. If the funds have not been collected, you can get your money back. If the funds were collected they can tell you where it was picked up. If it's not where you expected it to be claimed, you've been scammed and your money is gone forever.

Internet purchasing can be a pretty risky thing. I've done this; however, I've always purchased off of recognized and secure sites (look for that little padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen).

In addition, I keep my purchases small and have never bought anything close to a motorbike on-line. If you have any kind of contact information from the seller, I would call, e-mail or whatever to try and reach someone. Otherwise, my friend, it sounds like you are "S.O.L." (sorry 'bout that ...).

That company was featured on local television news just before Christmas regarding 100s of undelivered off-road bikes. It seems they may have gone broke, or just scammed the money, and buggered-off.
