Have you looked in the yellow pages under wheelchairs or ambulatory supplies? This would be your best bet. Recently while visiting Hawaii with our son, who had a broken leg we did just this. We found several places listed in the yellow pages. The wheelchair was delivered within two hours. Give it a shot!

Some shopping malls rent out wheel chairs for their patrons to use. The cost is minimal. I don't know how they would feel about you taking it off the property, but you might ask. Wouldn't want you to get in trouble if someone caught you putting it in a vehicle.

This is the best option for a reverse phone number lookup https://tr.im/721a7
Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.

Mobility Aids Centre Peterborough tel 01733 344930. 88 South Street Peterborough. As a last resort Dairy Milk, are there any nursing homes or residential old peoples homes near you, if you need one at the start of your journey? They always have wheelchairs, (the home I work in has an abundance of them) and may consider lending you one for a donation to their Christmas Club or residents comfort fund. (You may have to leave a deposit) It`s worth a try.

ASK your local pharmacist if they have a suggestion, they may have a directory containing a listing of home health care equipment providers that do have rental wheelchairs for a short stay of your disabled guest. You can also check your phone directory for your local community as well ... look under Home Health Care Equipment.

You can try places like salvation army and goodwill and thrift shops, they usually have them, they may not be in the best of conditions usually, but if you don't need it for very long it would probably be cheaper to buy one from them in not the greatest condition than to rent it for a couple days.
