If you put the cd back in you can rip the music to mp3 format using windows media player 10.

You can convert pretty much any music file to MP3 in iTunes. You just put your music in the iTunes folder and go to Preferences under the "Edit" tab and go to importing and change the Encoder to MP3 encoder. After that select what files from the library that you want changed to MP3 and go to advanced and click on convert selection to MP3.

first rip the music from the cd then using a programme convert it to mp3, you can convert it to wmv from windows media player

Sure, you need some ripping software! You might find some free software on the net, I use magix mp3 maker.

there are a couple of good programs, audiograbber is a good one, you should be able to get it from download.com if not search in google. you might also need to download the lame encoder, but that's really install to install.

copy the cads into windows media player and then pip that music.. then put it into the sync list and it will convert..
