as a shy girl myself, i tend to not want to initiate things. but i don't prefer aggresive guys, just guys who are calm and shy themselves (because it's cute!), but still take the initiative. so like, i like guys who are bold, but only slightly.

If she has a split personality, then she might be attracted to the alpha male. But, shy girls usually prefer average guys.

depends on how agressive, but normally we do. we are too shy to make the first move so u need to make it for us.
