The Bible is very clear on this.

Jesus Y chromosome was a direct creation of God. Have you so easily forgotten that God is His father?

It has been theorized that a woman could conceive independent of sex with a male as each ovum has a haploid number of chromosomes, and if two were to somehow combine, a child would be conceived. But women only have the X chromosome. A naturally occurring asexual conception could only result in a female offspring.

Jesus, obviously, could not have been conceived in this manner. That's why God's intervention was a requirement.

I can't imagine why you would have a problem with this. If you can get past Genesis 1:1, that God created the heavens and the earth, it's nothing more than a trivial matter to create a Y chromosome so God could produce a son so "in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily".

Your problem isn't with logic or reason, it's a problem with faith.

Where did Adam get his Y Chromosome? Or X for that matter? Since he is able to create life from dust, he would have been able to introduced the basic genetic material into the nucleus of her egg. You don't need a sperm for that. That genetic material would have been the same as what he used to create Adam, which would have overwhelmed or would have been dominant over anything provided by Mary. As such, he would have been close to a clone of Adam. As for the Shroud, the only thing left in the crept was the rolled up bandages used to wrap Jesus. No shroud. It is just like any other item used as an idol for people lacking faith.

The mormons teach through Brigham YOung that Jesus was born through Consentual Sexual intercourse. So the most obvious answer would be OUR Heavenly Father.

But after science proved that Cloning and Invitro feritilization is possible, these became secondary options.

Many christians believe the holy ghost created the son. I think people misunderstood, that the holy ghost Sat in Gods throne in the absence of the Son and the FAther. So by the power of the Holy Ghost the legal order of heaven can be ruled and reigned over. But clearly it also says that God the Father overshadowed Mary with Power and jesus was conceived. in holiness.

Mother Nature, the Mother of God, would answer it like this.
It was a genetic throwback to a time in evolution before sexual reproduction began when all life was feminine and there were no males. It's called spontaneous regeneration. It happens when a species is threatened by extinction so non reproductive organisms (males) can be sacrificed to save the reproducing ones. Mary was under extreme duress being betrothed to an older man.
On the other hand if a boy (Gabriel) plays with himself and has some of his spirit on his hand and he touches a girls private spot then his seed can swim right through her barrier and she can conceive without sex. Women call it the ultimate rip off, getting pregnant without sex. Because being pregnant with out being married was considered a crime punishable by stoning to death, they had to make that whole story up to save their daughter's life. Some of the people hated the law the pharisees made that essentualy made it legal to commit rape and murder. Her son, Jesus, was sacrificed in her place for the sins of men who denied Him a true father. Jesus started preaching baptism instead of circumcision so the bad laws could be reversed. So He was accused of blasphemy to Abrahams covenent and people payed the romans to crucify him. He knew that the cutting sacrifice lead to the Stoning law. This is what happens when men deny being the father, mass confusion and erroneous conclusions.
Maybe in the future we will learn to time travel and men will go back in time and impregnate Mary so they will be called God. Mother Nature will always be the Mother of God, may She rest in peace.
The Forensic evidence in Natural sciences make much more sense than the claims of Creation scientists, but they do correlate somewhat in between the lines, perspicaciously.

Not every natural phenomena has yet been explained by science. That He was born of a virgin birth is clear, unless we are so base in spirit as to accuse His mother of lying. The explanation for virgin birth lies in science, but how it happened I do not know.

Science is an explanation of reality as it is. God, the ultimate creator and ruler of all things, uses physical means and laws to do His Will. These physical means can be researched and discovered, but obviously, we don't have a scientific explanation of every biological process yet.

Seriously. It's called : FAITH. If you believe, then you accept unanswered questions, like how did God come to be?

Jesus was made by God, so with a creator so great do you really need to ask that?

Dude, he made Adam from the dirt...I think he could handle creating a Y chromosome for his only begotten son. Seriously.

You wonder why no one as answered this.

Well the simple fact of the matter is you are asking us to explain the unexplainable. If we believe in the virgin birth there is no way to explain it. For all natural and practical purposes virgin birth is impossible. A virgin birth can not happen physically. Yet God is not limited to what we can explain. God is not limited to the physical and natural realm. God works in the supernatural. Therefore, a virgin bith is possible. How exactly did it happen? I will leave that one up to God.
