Your gut instinct is telling you that he can't be trusted.
Follow it.
You're only 12, you shouldn't be worried about this stuff anyway, and you are WAY too young to be having sex.. you may think that you are ready, but having sex and the consequences are not something you are mature enough to handle right now.
Good for you for saying NO.. you should be proud of yourself!!.
I was a victim of sexual assault when I was 13, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone(I also had a gut instinct.. but I chose to ignore it.. BIG MISTAKE)

If ur only 12 than i dought that he would rape you !! And you guys r 2 young to be having sex!! So tell him straight you dont trust him and that you would rather him come over with ur parents home! Wait is he the same age? I say go but if you have a cell phone keep it close in hand, make sure u have a speed dial set for a parent. just in case dont give in if makes a move.

Don't put yourself in a compromising situation. Focus on building a friendship don't worry about having sex at a tender age of 12. If he is asking, he does not want you for anything else.
