i need a skit for a talent show. something funny. i want to do it with friends. id prefer if there had to be about 10 people in it so everyone can be involved. and we are in 8th grade so its the last chance we get to rock the talent show thankss.

If you want to involve several people, why not write an original piece based on your school or community?
Here are some ideas:
The year 2031...our 20 year reunion. (Be sure and have someone go pick up a teacher from the old folks home to attend so they can tell everyone to spit out their gum, the class president could be running for governor and trying to get everyone's vote, the homecoming queen could be all botoxed and still wearing her tiara, sash and the same dress, the best athlete is fat, bald and coaching pee wee girls soccer...you get the idea)
Do a spoof on Survivor, where everyone is a celebrity. Act out each persons stereotype, and they all have big luggage - pulling out champagne, makeup, playstations etc. In the end Paris Hilton or Ivanka Trump calls for a helecoptor to rescue them and leave Jeff Probst alone on the island.
Classmates meet an alien - someone thinks the alien can help them pass science, someone wants to hitch a ride, someone wants the alien to give them superpowers...the alien determines they are all idiots and leaves...the classmates end up in the psych ward.
Hope this gives you some good ideas...you can make up great jokes that are particular to your school in any of them...or maybe one will make you think of a better situation of your own!!! Remember, everyone wants to look "cool" but funny is a sure winner, the audience loves to laugh.

i found that out in drama class in high school.
perhaps "Grease" that's what our high school does,
