No,too much sugar..It might give you the shakes and you might pass out..If you are going to drink slim fast eat a turkey sandwich with it and hold the mayo..Good luck with your diet.

NO they are meal REPLACEMENT drinks ment to replace a meal. you should be drinking water in between and juices and slim fast does not count on a liquid diet. its not really considered a liquid. you should run yourself around the block a few times if you want to loose a few pounds. you can loose 3-5 pounds in a week if you run/walk for 30 minutes a day/4 times a week
and thats MUCH healthier then slim fast or fasting. fasting doesnt work because your body goes into starvation mode and then when ever you eat, it will store the fat for later, so your actually doing more harm then good. AND i know this is true because i used to do the same thing, and i would fast for a couple days loose a couple of pounds and then when i'd eat it'd feel like i gained twice that back. so i started running daily and eating healthy, and I never have to fast or starve myself. and its alot easier to eat un healthy foods ever once in a while because i know i'll burn them off

If you drink slim fast every 2-3 hours you will gain weight. Slim fast has all the proteins and vitamins found in food in the form of a shake so eating 1 is like eating a whole meal. your eating a whole meal every 3 hours think about it. You want to drink a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a shake for dinner. Get you some splenda. Its artificial sugar. You can have tea, coffee, even a little something i like to call healthy kool-aid known as Crystal Lite. Sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello. What your doing is similar to a diet for patients who have just had the gastric bypass surgery. I had the gastric stapling and they put me on this same diet im telling you. I had to go 2 weeks without eating anyting i was on a liquid diet and i lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks. One thing about me i was never a big eater. I drank alot of sodas, alot of koolaid. I drank on alot of my weight so when i switched to drinks with no calories I still felt just as full but it wasnt adding on a bunch of calories.I saw a big difference and so will you.GOOD LUCK!

Everyone's said it already, but the basic answer is no.
If ou want to lose weight you have to eat fewer calories than you use. Further, eating food requires you to digest it, and this produces a thermogenic effect. It slightly increases your metabolism, even in other things you do (including exercise, which has its own metabolic benefits). As others have said, you're basically drinking a meal with slimfast. You might as well be eating.
Look for high fiber foods, and eat protein. Try to cut simple carbs and sugars (candies, sodas, white bread, etc.).

No. Slimfast has over 200 calories and if you drink it all day you may as well be eating. You'll lose more weight if you just do what the package tells you to do.

Don't drink too many of those in a day. There is a reason they only recommend 2 a day. You need to alternate water or any other unsweetened drink in between there. A good choice would be a vegetable juice. Gives you the vitamins and stuff you need and keeps you hydrated. A good one (that tastes good too) is the new V8 stuff.

no if you do that your *** will spread like butter try drinking that much water and doing lots of cardio do not waste your money on any of the gimmicks everyone knows how to eat right if you have to spend the money buy a bike or join a gym or spend it on a cover charge and dance your *** off good luck
